AVERY
Avery Severson grew up in Hugo and graduated from White Bear Lake High School. She now calls Circle Pines home, still rooted in the community that shaped her.
With a career dedicated to childcare and education, Avery has served as a childcare aide and school secretary, bringing compassion and commitment to her work. She is currently earning her B.A. in Communications with an emphasis in Broadcast and New Media, complemented by a minor in Public Administration from Grand Canyon University.
As an outspoken conservative leader, she was the founder and president of a campus group championing free speech and limited government, the Chair of the Local Republican Party Unit, and a legislative aide at the Minnesota State Capitol, where she communicated with constituents from District 36A on a daily basis.
Unlike career politicians in St. Paul who often lose touch with their communities, Avery Severson is a leader who breaks that mold. She is committed to strengthening schools, ensuring safer streets, and making life more affordable for everyone in the community.
